Tribal Alliance Fund is dedicated to raising awareness about the need for private capital to support Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs) through scholarships and endowments, ensuring equitable access to higher education for Indigenous students. With 32 accredited TCUs serving 30,000 students, these institutions play a vital role in preserving American Indian culture while providing essential education and social services, yet they remain underfunded. Our sustainable fundraising model involves acquiring and liquidating real estate through Direct Donation and Bargain Sale transactions, generating scholarship funds while offering tax benefits to property sellers and revitalizing communities. At least 50% of net proceeds from property resales directly support TCUs, reducing reliance on government funding. Established in 2024, our team has decades of expertise in tax law, accounting, and real estate, having facilitated over $900 million in Bargain Sale transactions. Through strategic partnerships with corporations and TCUs, we are committed to closing the financial gap and ensuring the longevity of these critical institutions
